Placing an order

How do I place an order?

Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout (the little bag in the top right corner).

During checkout, you'll select what shipping method you prefer, enter payment information, and add your billing and shipping information. Review and confirm your order information before finalizing your order. Press the button to finalize your order and you're all done! We'll take it from there.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses will be charged Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax. The total order amount, including shipping, will be taxed this amount.

What payment methods do you accept?

HDE accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept COD payments. We do not offer terms.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Please verify your address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses and we are unable to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order.

Our standard shipping cost is a flat $8 per order, but what shipping method you choose may determine the price you'll pay for shipping.

We do offer free shipping on orders over $50. This discount does not apply to expedited or express shipping. Exclusions may apply to select items.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to US addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my items?

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for an exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Return restrictions are detailed below.

If you wish to receive a refund due to buyer's remorse or return a fully functional item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. All shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Buyers will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges.

Items returned or exchanged, must be in NEW, unworn, unsoiled and sell-able condition and in their original packaging. The item is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.

For any returns or exchanges, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges & returns to be processed.

Wholesale

I am a reseller, can I buy in bulk from you?

All retailers with a valid resale license and tax ID number are welcome to apply for a wholesale account.

You can buy and resell any of our products once your wholesale account has been approved. Many of our items can even be customized with your company name or website, giving you an additional opportunity to market your own store/website to your customers right from the convenience of the items you sell.

Our wholesale staff is skilled in completing orders large and small and they're busy 5 days a week filling orders.

I am a school or business, can I get a bulk discount?

Yes! We also work with schools and businesses that need to place large orders.

Tablets and laptops are becoming increasingly common in today’s classrooms. We understand the risks associated with investing in education technology, which is why our goal is to reduce the cost of protecting your investments.

Our goal is to work with you to provide an inexpensive solution to insuring your investment in today’s education technology.

We also offer you the opportunity to customize larger orders so you can add that personal touch to your school’s laptops or tablets. After all, it’s okay to show off a little. Get cases in your school colors and/or put your school's logo on them!

The normal minimum order quantity is 100 units (can vary by item) to add customization such as your school logo.

What else do I need to know about ordering wholesale through HDE?

General Information:
      • All items offered on our website are eligible for wholesale pricing.
      • Customization costs extra, but is welcome.
      • Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to sales@shophde.com within 48 hours.

Resellers: Opening Orders:
      • The minimum opening order for a reseller is $100.
      • Opening orders must include a copy of your reseller's permit / resale certificate and tax ID.
      • Initial orders must be paid up front before items are shipped out.

Resellers: Re-Orders:
      • Minimum re-order is $75.
      • A fee of $10 will be charged to any re-order in amounts less than $75.

Payment:
      • HDE accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
      • We do not accept COD payments.
      • We regret that HDE does not offer terms.

Shipping
      • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pennsylvania unless otherwise stated.
      • Every effort is made to stock items for immediate delivery.
      • In the event that an item is out of stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to ship.
      • Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. NOTE: We ARE able to use your FedEx or UPS Account Number to ship.

Cancellations:
      • We do not accept cancellations once we have reserved the inventory for your order.

Returns / Issues:
      • Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative.
      • Approved returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving delivery.
      • Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee with a $5.00 minimum charge.
      • Credits or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within 7 days of receiving delivery.
      • HDE reserves the right to refuse any return.
